Wood Construction
Standard Speed Space buildings are constructed with #2 grade lumber, spruce, pine or fir. The lumber dimensions that we use are determined by the size of the building and its intended use.

Steel Construction
Our steel construction option is available on all models. Welded steel studs and steel sheathing and deckings can replace all wood materials. The size and guages of steel are determined by the buildings intended use.

All of our buildings are built to uniform building code specifications. We can build to your specific code requirements upon request. All of our electrical components are UL listed and all wiring is per National Electric Code (Latest Edition). Buildings comply with the applicable rules of the Indiana Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission IC 22-15-4-2
